One Refrigerator maintenance, One Dishwasher maintenance, one range/oven, 1 washing machine maintenance and one Dryer maintenance of your choice.
Refrigerator Maintenance Consists of:
- clean condenser coils
- Inspect water inlet valve
- Test water dispenser for proper water flow rate
- Check water filter
- Level unit to proper pitch
- Inspect door gasket on fresh food and freezer doors
- Check drain line for debris and clean with steam
- Test defrost cycle operations
- Test thermostat and air dampers
- Inspect ice maker for separation and for proper operations
- Check water lines on and to the unit for leaks
Range/ Oven Maintenance Consists of:
- Check temperature for accuracy
- Inspect wiring and cord connection
