Appliance Preventative Maintenance Programs
Allow us to help you prevent avoidable appliance issues by enrolling in one of our preventative maintenance program (PMP). A highly experienced service technician will come out to your home and inspect your unit while performing many preventative procedures. After inspection we will advice you as to any needed repairs. You will have the option to fix them at a discounted rate.
Enjoy a 15% off discount on all parts and labor applied to the covered unit continuing on throughout the life of the agreement (1 year unless renewed). Receive $45 off of all trip charges towards the covered appliance. We have many convenient options that can suit your needs.

Single Refrigerator $75
$25 for each additional refrigerator, freezer or home beverage center maintenance.
a La carte Appliance Service
Add any single item to your existing maintenance agreement for a discounted rate of $25 (except window Air)
Window AC Service $125
Includes one window air conditioner. Any unit over 12,000 BTU is priced at $175. Window Air conditioners added a la carte are full priced.
Whole Home Service $199
Includes both a kitchen and laundry room service. $25 for each additional a la carte item
Laundry Room Service $99
Includes one washer and one dryer (Additional rates and discounts available for larger laundry rooms. Call for details)

FULL DETAILS
After inspection of unit, any issues found will be reported to the customer by the service technician. The customer will have the option to have the issues repaired at their expense while receiving an immediate 15% discount on all parts and labor. If repairs are needed, the customer will receive a $45 reduction to their current trip charge and will continue to do so for the term of the agreement. The above mentioned discounts and courtesy will only cover the exact appliances model and serial number recorded during the preventative service. This agreement is only good for within our servicing area. The customer understands that should they move out of our servicing area, it is their responsibility to bring the product to a suitable location in order to continue receiving benefits. The preventative agreement is designed to be performed on an annual basis and the customer has the option to renew each year
